Call him...tell him that he can make it right NOW or be on the "Eye Witness wants to know" or whatever the heck that investigative segment is...they have one on WOAI website as well.

e-mail all three stations (KSAT, KENS, and WOAI) and chances are one will take up your cause. I did that when SAWS tried to screw me over on their mistake and one of the KSAT investigative reporters helped me. I'm not sure if KABB also has one.

I don't know about being sued, but it is against the terms of agreement and therefore it is highly recommended that you do not...
