Might need to have modem checked. During lunch time it is almost impossible to check mail, etc. Way to slow!

I have been having this too. At first I thought it was our TV but it started doing it on my second one.

Sorry, don't mean to offend at all... but that sounds high. What package do you have? We're looking into the u300 but even with 5 boxes ( that's crazy to me but we're going to get it!) one dvr plus 2 phone lines (unlimited long distance) and internet, it's going to be about half that. It actually comes out a little less than TWC and we get more channels. Are the 2 movie channels really expensive??

I will have to double check our order now...

Please don't worry about that offending me at all. One of the reasons I posted it is because I would love to know if we're getting ripped off or not.

We live in the 78253 area code and for now we don't have all the options that other areas do. Right now I'm trying to find a more cost effective company and solution.

we're also in the 53 area. I would maybe check your bill or call and ask them what you can do to reduce it. How much do you enjoy those movie channels??? We're going to start off with the 300 pkg and see if we watch the extra channels, if not drop down to the 200 pkg.

Looks like my TWC trouble is gone. They worked on the small box in my backyard the last two days and here is the result. Can you say fast!!!

Our internet was out all day! I had some important school related emails to deal with, so we went to the library and used their computers. I also called TWC and asked for an adjustment to our bill, since our cable went out a few times and the internet has been intermittent for the last few days. Got a nice $30+ adjustment to the bill.

I too had the pixelation issues with TimeWarner, they actually told me it was my HD TV? (yeah right)! I switched to Uverse Last week and i love it, it actually is advance TV , it has so much more features than TW and more reliable. I have the U300. OH! I only have U300 and Internet because i also switched to MAGICJACK, it is so cool only $39.99 for the first YEAR! and Quality is the same as Digital Phone! I was paying $30 a monthe with TWC.
