Take a cab to St. Mary's and South Presa. It's only a block from King William district. It's is almosty impossible to find any parking that is not a very long walk.
AmeriSuites hotel on St. mary's has parking but it will fill up fast.
Wherever you find parking will be a long walk. The streets of King William are all full by 8 AM becasue of the parade. Most of the residents block the space in front of thier homes for themselves and for the parade.
A taxi will get you closest and less walking. And it's cheaper than paying fr parking.
