After 45 days into a 6 month contract to sell my house, I was dumped by a local realtor (not one of the national ones). I need to get this house back on the market! Please give me your recommendations on a realtor office.
P.S. The house is in the Sea World area.
Thanks!

Most Realtors are not in the business of "dumping" clients. Why do you think you were dumped? As a Realtor, I've been the dumpee once in 10 years, but never the dumper. Just curious.

We have some pretty good realtors that post on this forum. I suggest you also contact them.

Yes, I was very surprised. The realtor told me he thought I should find another realtor was because after 45 days he was unfamiliar with the Sea World side of town. Well, he certainly told me a different story when we signed a contract in July!! Plus when we signed a contract, he didn't have many listings, but he has added many higher dollar (over $200K) listings than mine since July, so I really believe he didn't want to be bothered with my house. He is even FEDEXing my keys back to me!
Very strange if you ask me.

That's a shame. Sorry.
