It's just like any chain...no one wants to admit eating there, but every time you drive by one, they're packed to the gills.

So, it's sort of like mopeds and ugly women. Both fun to ride, but never let your buddies find out.

To keep a positive light on this thread, I would say the sweet tea at Bill Miller's is some of the best!

However, with all the other options out there, I pass on their food. I've eaten there on several occasions and have never been impressed with it. However, I used to work with a man who loved the food there. It just goes back to my point of different strokes for different folks!

Heck, I can even accept that some people might not like Bobby J's...yep, I can accept it, but I will never understand it!

Speaking of Bobby J, someome mentioned they had the best burgers in town. That is quite a claim with all the burger joints in town

There has been much debate on it...

...but Bobby J's and Lord's Kitchen are two of the most-commonly cited places to go for SA's best burger. As always, some people prefer other restaurants; but the bottom line is that if you are looking for a good burger in San Antonio, you do have several choices!

Cheers! M2

Whatever happened to County Line BBQ? Are they still in business? It's been years since we've been to either location and it was not memorable.

Nope, the two I know (up in Stone Oak and down on 410) closed about a year or so ago...

FACTOID: Didja know the prices at the Gradys on Bandera Rd are a little higher than the prices on Fredericksburg Rd. ??? I was victimized, I know.
