Anyone know of a good family practice or internal medicine Dr. I have highblood pressure and live near 90 and 1604 not very far from Seaworld Lackland Airforce Base. I will drive if not too too far but for a good Doctor I am willing to make some sacrafices if they are great this is very important to me. I have been going to a Dr. on Marbach want to know if anyone have any other suggestions of a good Dr. I want someone with a great bedside manner who is willing to answer questions and very good . Please give me some suggestions. I need a appointment soon. Thanks so much.

Contact Dr. Anson or one of her partners at Lone Star Primary Care and Asethetics. There phone number is 298-7827. They are located in Shavano Park. I don't live far from where you live and they are worth the travel, plus you avoid the medical center traffic.

My Wife, Son, and I all see Dr. Eric Berstein of San Antonio Family Physicians. You can visit his site @
www.safamilydocs.com . He is located in the Medical Building adjacent to the new Westoverhills Christus Santa Rosa. His number is 523-7237. He is one Doctor that spends time with you and does not push medications on you to solve a problem. As you know there are alternatives such as weight loss, diet, exercise, etc. He carries his laptop with him so everything is documented including that days visit, past tests, and so on.
