for 350k what are some nicer areas that's close to downtown maybe 20 min or so? around 3000 sq ft and built in 2000 or newer something nice. somewhere that's happening with things going on and not too secluded, thanks a lot

Also check out the Helotes area. Love it here. Not to mention i get a view of the whole city from my hill.

You could try the Schertz area. There is still lots of open land around here.Not sure on home prices,since I inherited the home I live in. You aren't that far from downtown,SA is about 20 miles from here.We have a nice new library and YMCA,various businesses,in live Oak is the Regal Live Oak 18 theatre,Universal City has a golf course,etc.Why don't you contact some of these communities for information,that may help you decide,oh their is also Converse as well.

True. We're looking at property with house out near Boerne that runs between $250,000 - $300,000 to start.
