Where are some rubber running tracks open to the public in SA?

I think most high school tracks are open to the public in the evenings and weekends (when not in use by the school.) I have used our nearest track (at Stevens HS) on the weekends from time to time.

You having knee issues too? I am in training and hurt my knee.

We jogged at Clark last weekend, not rubber, clay I think but much better than concrete.

try jogging on the asphalt its a bit softer than concrete.
