Since my daughter had this done at Aveda I have found that alot of salons will give a free cut if you donate the hair to Locks of Love... I would just call around and ask... You can always go to Aveda... They do a free cut with donation... It includes shampoo, condition, cut and style... But they are students... You can go to Locks of Love website and print out the donation instructions and donation form...

That's too bad! I have donated twice to Locks of Love. I just donated at Aveda last May! I agree with MrsTexasCop, just call around until you find a salon that will do it. I hope to donate one more time before the greys start coming in, but we will see.

I think it varies on which Aveda Institute you go to. The one in Winter Park, FL does not give free haircuts associated with Locks of Love. As a matter of fact, the front desk person was actually clueless as to what it was!
