It seems that they are usually outside of the City Limits. Is there a reason for this?

It is STILL a haul from where I live. You can find a Bill Millers in EVERY neighborhood, but Rudys are few and far between.

maybe they build where land is cheap. im sure bill millers pays a ton of taxes on their properties.

i have to say being 9mnths pregnant i felt bad sending my husband all the way to the one in boerne for some cream corn...but honestly i have not had many cravings it was the least he could do.lol
