My wife and I live in Oregon(green ,wet,cold,no sales tx,high income tx)She's a combat medic serving in Afghanistan/RN in private sector.I'm in optics/automotive.She's looking at Brooke Medical Center/myself hopefully Toyota.We are looking for a nice area to move probably south of San Antonio.We would prefer 1-2 acre lot for size(tired of being cramped).Where would you recommend moving and why?Would like to stay within 30-45 minute commute.What do I want to avoid as far as house conditions(water,heat,foundation,soil,taxes).I would thank you for any input, Les
