As I stated, MOST of the jobs I've ran across from Wachovia/Wells Fargo, were all with staffing agencies. Yes, they do have an internal HR dept, but if you will notice, they don't do much recruiting themselves. The current economic status has most companies using Temp agencies because they don't know how long the demand for that employee is going to last, so to avoid the UE insurance getting increased, they sub it out so the Temp agency is responsible for the UE costs.

The above makes sense, although I've seen very little of it amongst my client base, which is made up of mostly Fortune 500s.
The poster "Haveblue" clearly states that his sister is a recruiter at WF now.
