Nelson Wolff is the real mayor of San Antonio and the most powerful politician in San Antonio (read the VIA article in today's SA Express)

Henry Cisneros has built himself into a millionnaire through his Toyota supplier network. Is this inside trading

What would SA be without these men of vision

If Nelson Wolff is so freaking powerful, how come he can't take care of the little graffitti problem?

nelson wolff is just your typical corrupt politician and cisneros is pure evil that is straight up responsible for the current crappy everything in the country and this is from the ny times.. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/19/bu...9cisneros.html

if I had to think of the two worst things to ever come out of SA, these two would be near the top and I think henry would be the top. One of the worst humans ever in this great country.

Cisneros preys on the people he claims to help. He is a scumbucket in every aspect of his life.

There is an old joke:
Q. How do you say Bill Clinton in Spanish?
A. Henry Cisneros.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Kevin the dead opposite of his dad? I thought they were like Ronald and Ron Reagan, but in the opposite direction.

Probably a city without the scars of "Fiesta Plaza", without an Alamodome, and with a corporate sponsor for our minor league baseball stadium. Maybe a city with a reservoir.

Really, I am not quite ready to swear allegiance at the altar of two mediocre local politicians - the fact that 90% of Texans can scarcely recall who they are is a fitting testament. San Antonio has been managed with borderline competency (god help us when the SAFD and SAPD pensions come to roost in large numbers), but I am not sure the "vision" of these two men has provided anything remarkable or noteworthy to talk about.

They are well-known for being well-known.
