most of them drive like they are un aware, I've noticed when traffic gets backed up in mexico their motorist usually turn their hazzards on, which leads to distraction over here.

Friend of mine got into an accident with one and he got his arm broken ..he paid the medical bills and the damage to his car the car and driver in mention fled the scene .. was a camera on that light and they found them but..no insurance...
