Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing a very slow connection today? out near alamo ranch? Its taking longer than usual to get to sites today. Called TW and they said all should be fine, but they were going to be doing upgrades in this area. Dont know what that means, but just wondering....

We had to reboot our modem today, we lost our connection last night and it was still out this morning. The reboot fixed the problem...

Oh, and we are out near Helotes.

Does anyone else have issues getting Youtube videos to play/download in a timely matter? Whenever I watch a video, it takes a while for the data to download before I can play without interruptions.

I have that problem with Roadrunner, but it also happens at work. Maybe it's a YouTube bandwidth issue.

It's a Youtube issue. I use to be able to watch things all the way through, now it buffers about every 35 seconds...bah-h-h-h

I just ran a test...

Not bad for the download, not as good as RD over in WC but not by that much; but the upload speed absolutely sucks...

I just did it again and now it really sucks!

Cheers! M2

I have RR Turbo, so that's where the upload speed comes from. The test usually slows down quite a bit if you test again, especially if you don't clear the cache. I can hardly wait to see what the elite speeds are like..

BTW, my wife commented again on how crazy you are, but I reminded her of what all her purses lined up against a wall would look like...
