Hello,

In anticipation of PCSing in the summer, I am looking for one of the best selling agents in the area to help me. My home is in the 1604 and Potranco area so I would prefer the agent know this area well. (my home is in Laurel Mountain Ranch subdivision). Hopefully the tax credit program will help sell my house.

So if you have good listing agent recommendations that are hard working, please send their contact info my way. Or any selling experience/advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Stage, stage, stage, stage, stage. I cannot tell you how big a difference that makes. Staging and realistic pricing will make sure you stand out from the pack.

We just sold our home in Westcreek (very close to your location) wit 38 days on the market until we got our offer.

While we did not stage, we had our home in tip top shape and we priced it right. I will DM you the agent we used, he is very active in this particular area of the city, and knows how to get your home listed in multiple multi reach venues.

I think if you price it correctly, you will have no problems with high PCS season right around the corner...but buyers like a MOVE IN READY home for top dollar...not something they see that will be in need of immediate attention and effort on their part.

Good luck to you. Price it right. I sold a foreclosure there last year and was surprised at what my client got for his money.

When do you PCS? I'm military and I have twins due right before the summer and we're looking for a house, how big is it?
