As the title says.... Looking at about 65 square feet, which is separated into 5 segments. Would like to have black granite countertops.

Thanks!

I strongly suggest using a contractor to handle all of this. Most places only sell raw slabs and do not fabricate. So you more than likely will need to go to 2 separate companies.

Granite is practically a commodity so the prices will be very similar from place to place and if you plan on getting just a basic level 1 "absolute Black"...that is the most inexpensive granite you can find. Dont get anything under 3cm thickness.

It is also best to provide your sink to the granite fabricator so they can cut the undermount sink exactly and then you will need your faucets on hand when they install so they will know how many holes to drill for your faucet.

Builder's Mark Home Improvement Granite countertops are sold here (they can be seen from the freeway); it's worth checking out and seeing what they have available.

May I suggest going with terrazzo countertops? You can choose the color and style you want and much more durable than granite in my opinion.

Default Braunridge and Grissom Trails subdivisions?

Can anyone who has had Granite Countertops installed please give me an estimate per/ foot price and if that price included installation? Can you suggest someone?

I have heard that sometimes counters have to be reinforced due to the weight. Did that have to happen at your home?

Thank you
