Does anyone know of a daycare center on the NW side with a low daycare ratio for the 3 year old room. One of my biggest deterrents to going back to work is that it seems that ALL of the daycares out here focus on low cost over quality and therefor stuff as many kids into a center as they can. For example I couldn't imagine one adult doing a good job taking care of 18 3 year olds. Seems rather ridiculous. Some have a 15 to 1 ratio, which still isn't much better. I'd much prefer a 6 to 1 for this age group. I'm not comfortable with in home care and would really like a center based daycare. Thanks.

Have you tried Primrose on Kyle Seale? Don't know much about them, but I have heard they are on the upper end of the price range, which should hopefully mean lower ratios. Sadly, it's Texas state law that allows a ratio of 1 caregiver to 18 children. Other states have more reasonable laws, like 1:12.
