Oh! I remember those big glass bottles of Coke. That was great tasting stuff! Especially in a ice-filled glass on a hot summer day.. Yum!

I seem to recall that they stopped selling the big glass bottles because there were issues with them exploding (if knocked over) and injuring people.

Yes! I was one of the victims. LOL! I have the 1 1/2" gash on the side of my leg to prove it. It actually wasn't the tall, skinny glass bottle, but the fatter bottle. Don't ask me what the heck I was doing with a big old glass bottle of coke in 1981...I was 10...maybe I was sharing it with someone...?

Obvious. You were emptying it for a game of Spin-the-Bottle.

Default what a delay

It was very delayed but it is now here.

HEB Alon Market at NW Military and Wurzbach now has Kosher Coke in stock.

It is about time. It is selling in 2 liters only for the regular coke price at 3 bottles for 4 dollars.
