Does anyone know where to get fresh pork bellies in SA? Bolner's said they had some frozen.

That might be your best bet other than having a hog butchered.

my butches says the hogs come cryovaced without the belly

the stock show is in town, you can buy a students FFA project for around 230$ they are yearlings so they arent all that big.

Hung Fong (the grocery store on Remount, just east of I-35) always has frozen pork bellies - sometimes they're fresh.

There is a place in Castroville I took my pigs ..Dzuykes... something like that..They do butchering and curing of all kinds of animals
