Anyone Remember the San Antonio Texans? They were the football team that played in the Alamodome for one season(1995). They played in the Canadian Football League. The rules of the Canadian Game were extremely different from the NFL game(3 Downs, 3 minute warnings, 12 men on each side), but I didnt care, I was a diehard, i listen and watch the games. I miss the voice of the Texans Paul Alexander. its sad that they had to fold, saddest time in my life.

Yeah, we're kinda 'low' on prof sports here, aren't we? Spurs and Rampage...

I've been trying to talk someone into going to one of the Missions' baseball games.... shoot, can't be that bad, it IS professional, even if not major league....

and you can get really EXCELLENT seats for next to NOTHING.....
would cost you an arm and a leg for the same tickets to see the Indians or the Rangers.....

anyway, no one in my family wants to see minor league; they think it's like little league... LOLOL....
I have no kids that I can FORCE to go with me.... LOL...
gonna probably end up going by myself, but that's okay... I actually rather enjoy going places alone sometimes..... Not everywhere and not all the time, but sometimes.......

anybody been??????

there should be. along with an nfl team. i know i would go see em. even if its tha cheap seats way at tha top. ima die hard spurs fan, and would love any other team here. especially if there good. missions and rampage are good, and i support them, but i just dont like hockey and baseball enough. although hockey is better when ur at the game. baseball is just the same though. unless u catch a foul ball or something. or ur with a purty gurl. lol. anyway. back to the subject. WE NEED SOME PRO FOOTBALL!!!

We had a perminent Pro Football team, the CFL Texans, but low attendence caused the team to fold.
