Yea, you can. Last time I went there I had an undercooked burger. NO THANKS!

On another note, I've have in and out plenty of times before. It's overrated. 5 Guys > In and Out.

Since someone else revived the thread, I'll point out that 2011's almost over and there's not much time left to make the prediction in the title come true.

Lines INNO's in CA were retarded long as well, I really dont see nothing special. every time I go to whataburger i just get meal #8, The bread is its Achilles heel. Love the Texas toast though its all some ground up cow, fried potatoes with tons of sodium and saturated fat at the end of the day

In-N-Out would be better off out rather than in in Texas.
I guess you haven't been up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area recently to check out the lines in front of the In N Out's there. Go take a picture of those lines and I'm sure you'll quickly retract your statement here.

I've tried the burgers at INO and they're just meh. Not something I would eat if they came here. I had them in Cali because it was the "it" thing to do while visiting.

People are attracted to new things. Let's see how they do a few months from now. THEN we can say they succeed.

You should have seen the lines for the new Cheddars a few weeks ago. and Cheddars is not exactly gourmet food.
