I've had a couple of issues with parents at my son's school. I can only assume it's because I have tattoos. It doesn't matter to me because my son is still a straight "A" student and has no conduct problems. That's enough of a reflection for me.

It was in summer 2008 and is pretty much what I described. After an interview they told her she didn't get the job because she had the wrong heritage (she's white). Found out when I got home and she started complaining about it.

I'm excited because I was discriminated against today

My car broke driving North on I-35 close to 1604.
I had to push the car because it broke right on an exit, so it was in the way.
I counted about 102 people that looked different than me driving by and not one of them stopped to help me.
A young guy that looked like me stopped and helped me move my car out of the way.

In one hour, I was discriminated against 102 times.

In other words, 102 good looking folks drove by, then finally an ugly guy pulled over to help.

Maybe not pulling over didnt have anything to do with you being Latino. Lately it seems "good samaritans" are getting hurt trying to help people when their vehicles break down on the highway - perhaps they were being cautious.

I blew a tire a few years ago in the 281/1604 area and not a single person pulled over. Several slowed down to rubberneck, but nobody ever stopped. I was dressed decently, in heels, my hair did, and I was pretty frazzled but not a single person stopped to help me out. However just last week I hit some debris on 410 S by Medina Base and had to pull over - about 5 different people pulled over to make sure I was ok.

Maybe it had to do with how busy the road is? I'm trying to give people the benefit of a doubt.

I don't see pretty or ugly.
I just see bald people and wolf people.
