Stay way away from Denver Heights. I would go across I-10 to Highland Park, its still not the safest place in town, but it is much better than Denver Heights. I showed many homes in that area, and I was always very leery in the area.

And by the way, that house is absolutely stunning! Would it be rude to ask how much you got it for?

**This is a question asked out of real curiosity, not anything to do with my real estate career**

Yeah Highland Park is a better area than Denver Heights. The area has been for quite a while kind of bad crime wise. The house from the outside looks like it was desgined by George F.Barber of Knoxville ,,Tenn. He printed a number of house plan books and I have seen a couple of his homes in Walder and Gonzales. In fact i think he even printed a magazine American Home. I can't tell exactly what plan it is,,as I don't have my copy of The Cottage Souvenir No.2 in front of me. Dover Publications has reprinted a couple of his house plan books.
