Up until about 2 years ago, we had excessively gassy gnats in my Culebra/Tezel area neighborhood. It would go out randomly throughout the day and it got to where I just put black tape over the flashing clocks. It was ridiculous until CPS came through and did some upgrades. All is well now.

What is up with the SOUP outside right now? Feels like San Francisco without the urine smell and wonderful views.

It's for Bandera County and some of the more outlying areas. Still too close for comfort. I think it ends at 10PM IIRC.
