Driving back down from Dallas today. Hope it goes smooth. Sat night was one of the most amazing storms I've even been in. It was beautiful watching it from my hotel window although the tornado sirens and accompanying voice warnings were kinda ominous. Watching the water sheeting off the glass ceiling here at the Gaylord was just amazing. It rained so much and for soooo long.

Be SAFE, be CAREFUL and if you must stay the night somewhere, it is so much better than becoming a statistic!!!!! I don't see how ANYWHERE between us and Dallas can take much more rain....

Looking at the current weather map online it appears that we dodged a bullet as everyone north of us along the I35 corridor (all the way to DFW) is getting pounded with severe weather & lots of rain.
