For both my Dad and I, I am looking to get insurance for each of us seperately for a 10 year term and no other and I am trying to get a maximum amount upwards of 500,000 or 1 million if I can. I probably won't be able to a get a million as I know they need a very good reason but I could try. I was thinking about going the online route and getting some quotes on there but I don't know if that would be any better. I'm thinking trying a local recomended agent would be my best bet. Any suggestions are greately appreciated!

Try any State Farm agent. State Farm is an incredibly strong company with excellent life products and competitive rates. Or you can join USAA if either you or your Dad are either active or prior military. They have also excellent life products and rates.
