Just moved into Trophy Ridge and its time to work on the yard. Can anyone in the Trophy Ridge neighborhood tell me what type of grass was put in? I've taken samples to Home Depot & Lowe's and get different answers. Some say it's Bermuda while other say it Centipede/St Augustine.

They can't tell the difference between bermuda and st. augustine?? The the grass currently green? if so, does it have wide, flat blades, or is it thin and stringy/bushy? if it has the blades it is most likely st augustine. Pics?

I don't think I would trust either Lowe's or Home Depot. A local nursery or your builder would be a better bet. There are several types of Bermuda and TIFF Bermuda is popular. Or you can try Trophy Ridge HOA for help.
