What's the price range of nice condos in Rancho Cucamonga? (I don't want to rent if I can help it.)

Does anyone know the sites of all the homebuilders in R.C. (i.e. Lewis Homes)?

Thanks!

That sounds on the high-ish side.

I would say $150-$230k depending on size, amenities. Can't speak to the HOA fees.

Unfortunately, the price can vary greatly. In Rancho Cucamonga you can find investment condos for $100K, or luxury condos for the low $300's. Location, size, amenities, and age of the unit are all factors that can affect the price. Without knowing more specifically what you are looking for, it would be hard to quote an exact range. I have seen nice condos in the high 100's; however you will need patience as many of these units are short sales. One more thing...keep in mind, all condos will also have HOA fees (which vary depending on the association), and these fees are due monthly. They can range from $200-$300+ each month. Something to consider before deciding to purchase a condo.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
