I'm really confused which form to file and the clerk is little help. I filed an unlawful detainer packet due to my renters not paying rent. He filed a response with the court. I filed the request for the court date, and then received a call from a neighbor stating that he was having a "moving sale". We went up to the cabin to find that he moved out but that he sold all of our appliances that were in the home (fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, lawnmower) as well as misc decor. The carpet is detroyed, walls have large holes, tiles missing in kitchen. He also left several truckloads of garbage and old furniture. The place is pretty thrashed.
My question is, what form do I file with the court? I have estimates for repair as well as dump hauling, replacing of appliances, etc. But, I am unsure what I need to do to get a judgement.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
