temecula has pretty good schools compared to the rest of california. the housing market is on a decline, so i would wait a year or so to buy. By then they might be around half of what they cost right now.

Lived in Meadowview for 10 years
I grew up in Meadowview. My parents bought a home in 1987 in Meadowview and it's going for 900k today. So to me, the price went up because of a mall, more schools, more homes, more traffic, and tons of people. So if you don't mind 30 minute drive to the store when it should only take 5 then go for it.
