Hi All
I was wondering if you anyone can tell me a little bit about Temecula's Meadowview Community. The quality of the schools, neighborhood, neighbors, homes, HOA, facilities, surrounding neighborhoods, etc? And anything else I should know...
Thanks,
Kali

temecula has pretty good schools compared to the rest of california. the housing market is on a decline, so i would wait a year or so to buy. By then they might be around half of what they cost right now.

Default Lived in Meadowview for 10 years

I grew up in Meadowview. My parents bought a home in 1987 in Meadowview and it's going for 900k today. So to me, the price went up because of a mall, more schools, more homes, more traffic, and tons of people. So if you don't mind 30 minute drive to the store when it should only take 5 then go for it.

Also, Meadowview homes are mostly older. Be careful. Buying an older home will come with issues unless you’re planning on buying a lot and building a home for a few million. In which case, you can get beach front property for that.

If you don't mind all the traffic in the area then it's fine to live there. However, I would wait another year to buy anything since the prices have been fake for the past 10 years. For a home built back in the 70s is like the same as a brand new house in San Diego. Kinda ridiculous.

I just moved to Marion Iowa where I bought a half acrea, helped design my home at 3000 square feet with a three car garage, and it cost me a total of 229k and I'm 5 minutes from work. Try that in So Cal.
