I'm considering moving to Harveston but wanted to see if anyone would be willing to share what kind of covenants they impose. Like if dogs are allowed, parking in driveways and roadways, pool constuction on larger lots, shed/ underground seller construction, quiet hours, etc.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

1- house or condo? harveston has both and rules may be different (i.e. pets)
2- use google earth. plenty of pools built by homeowners (that was an ez one)
3- what you want are the hoa documents. get a real estate agent and see if they can procure them (this is more difficult cuz now you have to wade through all the pages...)

1. I'm interested in the house covenants.

2. There may be rules about putting in pools after initial build of the home that I'm interested in.

3. I'll try to contact an agent for the documents. However that is why I posted here first I'm sure someone already knows the basic rules for the neighborhood.

Thanks!
