I live in Palm Springs and commute into LA a few times a week. I'm thinking of commuting each day (or almost each day). Is there anyone who commutes daily from the north end of Palm Springs (out to Redlands, etc.) into the San Fernando Valley (Sherman Oaks area)?

All I can say, it's a nasty commute. I live in Lake Elsinore and go to Woodland Hills. I take 15 south and then 210/134/101. that's the fastest way after I tried all options. You will have 10 West. I suggest taking 10 west, 15 south, 210, 134(And then you can decide). In the morning if you start 7 am you are looking 2:2.5 hrs. Coming back starting 5:30(If you get past 101 to 134 by 30 minutes), same 2-2.5 hours.

Thank you for your input. I am currently driving it two times per week round-trip. I was wondering if anyone else in the PS area is doing the same and would like to carpool.

I think you take the 15 North to 210, not South.
