I lived in Ontario back 20 years ago. I liked it there.

Did you intentionally leave off Temecula? Although Murrieta is its next door neighbor, there are differences; namely schools, 30+ wineries, Old Town. These factors are reflected in the difference in real estate prices.

My favorite IE city is Palm Springs. Others are:

Rancho Mirage
La Quinta
Oak Hills
Victorville
[mostly] Riverside
[north] Fontana

-Cheers.

Redlands and downtown Riverside are my two favorite areas - by far! I also love Idyllwild.

Most of the cities listed in the poll seem to blend together to me. I suppose if you live there, then Moreno Valley or Ontario or Corona might make your list of favorites, but in my opinion, they're not the kind of places you visit intentionally if you don't live there.

I'd have to say my favorite is in the geographic middle of the IE. That way, no matter which direction you go, you are leaving for better pastures.

Not bad... only 6 posts before a troll shows up. I would have bet on 10.

Well, that and you'd be completely immersed in it.
