I use to drive through Blythe every winter to visit the flea market and shows at Quartzsite, about 25 miles from Blythe.

That is a link to the classified section of the local paper.
You should actualy GO to Blythe and drive around and see the apartments that are for rent for youself. Most have for rent signs in the windows, are dated and are the kind of places people are moving out of vs. into. But there are certainly available units throughout the town. Good luck.
