Hi, my husband and I just signed a contract to build an Richmond American home. Does anyone have any experience with the home gallery? Im really curious as to how much it cost for certain upgrades? We want to stick to a budget of just $14,000 and put it into the things that are difficult to change later. Most important to us being the kitchen cabinets. Does anyone have any ideas on price ranges? Thanks!

The people at Richmond American should have all of the information you are looking for. Call them and ask.

Default Richmond American Homes

My husband and I purchased a Richmond American Home in February and moved in in September. At the time of our purchase a lot of the upgrades were moved to standard because of the slow market on newly built homes. We heard that in April all of the upgrades were reinstated, so I can't help you much with your budget. However, I will say that Richmond American was wonderful to work with, they stayed in touch with us on a weekly basis; updating of the status. Addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner, we love our home and have no complaints, we would recommend Richmond American Homes to anyone. It was a pleasure doing business with them and if this wasn't the last house we are going to purchase we would build with them again.

Happy at Home,
