If police won't get rid of the riff raff, businesses will have to hire Bum-Be-Gone private security if they expect customers.

It’s a mess in Redlands- the Santa Ana river bank is full of camps and trash .
Jenny Davis park by ESRI is now called the homeless park- can’t imagine taking kids there. People camp in the play equipment!
The crime and mess on the north side are sad
