It kind of depends on where you are. We have two vacant lots next to us, so we get them a little more often. They're mostly the bigger ones. At one point we got a lot of roaches, out of nowhere. Turns out the house behind us had been vacant for awhile. The new owners called the exterminator, and the survivors ran for cover. It's nothing like what you would imagine from run-down housing.
