Looking to purchase in the city of Riverside zipcode 92504.
House located
North of Markham st.
West off Wood RD
South of Krameria Ave
East of Washington st

How safe is the city of Riverside?
Any gangs? Is there alot of crime?
I have a 7yr old. How are the schools out there?

Those streets don't make any sense, but that can be anywhere from Woodcrest to the more rural parts of Riverside.

Safe, semi-rural (thus few, if any gangs/crime). Schools are good.

I did some research and the city were the house is located is also called "Woodcrest". Im sorry i'm not familiar with Riverside city at all! i thought it was only a County lol.
Is this an up and coming city?

Riverside is a fair sized city (population over 300,000) and home to the University of California - Riverside. My mom lived there for 13 years after she retired. Woodcrest is a decent area - not real built up at this point and still pretty close to the edge of town. Nice view of the hills.
