Temecula for sure! Has everything, good shops, malls, restaurants, etc. We lived there before and when I was in Riverside, I saw a lot of old, dirty areas while Temecula is much newer, cleaner and just feels safer with a better vibe! Temecula/Murrieta school system is also good!

Yes, but OP has hard-of-hearing child and Riverside has a hard-of-hearing community.

Riverside is also HUGE and has newer, nicer areas as well.
