Hi!
I just recently got my RE License & I'm trying to find the best option for a Brokerage Co. I am considering, a Builder/New Construction, an Independent Broker, or an RE Agency in the Temecula/Murrieta, CA area. Does anyone work for a Builder in the Temecula/Murrieta area & has worked for one in the past & know their salary/commission info? (Locally I have seen DR HORTON, KB HOMES, WOODSIDE HOMES, VAN DAELE, etc.) Also, has anyone tried all of these routes or maybe 2 of them, which one worked better for you & why?
With a Builder, would I have the flexibility to also take other Listings that are completely disassociated with them? Of course, I know I would need to pay the Broker a split.
Any advise is much appreciated!
