Here's the list of all the low-to-moderate income zip codes in my area, the Coachella Valley (Desert Empire). To MarciaMarshaMarcia, all the desert areas are NOT, I repeat NOT included in the IE region, and THAT. IS... FINAL! For info's sake, here they are:

92201 (Indio) - most parts
92203 (Indio, Bermuda Dunes) - some parts
92234 (Cat City) - more than half
92235 (Cat City) - few parts
92236 (Coachella) - most of the city
92240 (DHS) - most parts
92241 (Sky Valley, Indio Hills) - almost every area
92253 (La Quinta) - only a few parts
92254 (Mecca, North Shore) - every area
92258 (North Palm Springs) - every area
92262 (Palm Springs) - some parts
92274 (Vista Santa Rosa, Thermal, Oasis) - almost every area
92276 (Thousand Palms) - almost every area
92282 (DHS, Whitewater, Bonnie Bell, Snow Creek) - most parts

That should sum it up a bit, but I could be wrong on some, though. The only zip codes in the CV you may not be able to find that many low-to-moderate income houses are 92210 (Indian Wells, Palm Desert), 92211, 92255, 92260, 92261 (Palm Desert), 92263, 92264 (Palm Springs), and 92270 (Rancho Mirage, the entire city).
