Don't live in Cucamonga (91730). Live in Alta Loma (91701 or 91737) which are along the 210, and are more affluent than Cucamonga. All of these zip codes are in "Rancho Cucamonga" which is the municipal government entity.

Glendora is also on the 210, but the San Gabriel Valley that I am familiar with is showing its age. San Dimas was part of the 80s housing boom and does not need gentrification because it hasn't hit bottom. Laverne is also nice. I consider San Dimas and Laverne to be in the IE and not the SGV.

Yes, I wouldn't consider anything in Los Angeles County to be part of the IE.
