Idyllwild does not get the snow that lake Arrowhead does. I've never actually seen it when the roads became impassable or chains required. Possible, I suppose but not likely

It's been awhile but we used to spend a lot of time there and always loved it. You couldn't go wrong either place (my godfather owned the newspaper in lake Arrowhead many years ago).

Mountains sure look pretty from down here in the valley.

They said on the news that Forest Falls got snow also (the "back" way on Hwy 38 to Big Bear). I think it's at 5K elevation, so it won't last long.
