I want to buy about 5-8 acres of land in Lucerne Valley so I can walk around in the nude. Just kidding. Im going to move to Big Bear and want to buy some land in Lucerne Valley. Where are the "better" areas of LV? I know a lot of people think it sucks but I like the desert and I want to buy 5-8 acres of land in SoCal without having to work my ass off.

We have a 30.5 acre ranch out in the Cove. We leased it for two years because hubby retired and we bought a place on the lake in another state. The Cove area is quiet. Pavement ends right after you enter the Cove, so lots of places to ride horses and off road toys. Talk to High Desert Realty there. Mary Ann is the broker/owner. She knows the area well and good luck!
