I know these can be both positive or negative.

Just trying to get a sense.

For example, do the deer completely eat the landscaping?

Do the racoons overturn one's trash every week?

Are there actual dangerous game coming into the developed areas (mountain lions, bear)?

Or are we talking a much milder scenario?

i lived in western corona for a number years when I was younger and wildlife interactions were limited. i don't remember ever seeing deer, certainly not mountain lions or bears. fire was a much bigger concern than animals. Having said that, racoons and possums are fairly common, though harmless from my experiences. I also lived next to open space, so we would hear coyotes fairly often, but i don't remember seeing any.
