I leave in Temecula and I need to be in Alhambra at 9am every day for the next 4 months. what time should I leave Temecula in order to avoid rush hour traffic

Maps.google.com is a good way to estimate the time to anywhere. Currently it is saying it would take you 1 hour and 31 minutes from Temecula to Alhambra. During the week and rush hour it will likely be closer to 2 1/2 hours and even longer to get back.

I recommend finding an airBNB or something in Alhambra for the next 4 months.

You will have the option of paying a toll for the last portion of the trip from El Monte to New Ave, but it will be expensive during rush hours.
