Check out Yucca, Arizona, along the old Route 66 and about halfway between the CA border and Kingman. Arizona has cheaper taxes and cost of living than CA. Yucca has the basics such as a store, also water and electricity. And if you need more, Kingman is 25 miles away. Yucca, Arizona Ghost Town on Old Route 66.

I'm not planning to relocate (at least, not just yet), but, wow! Yucca, AZ looks amazing! Great suggestion!

Skyforest has about 500 people and is adjacent to Lake Arrowhead. Great place.

Nipton is going to be overrun with Vegas peeps getting their green. Won't be very small for long.

Brandon, you should start your own town called Graves. Should attract some interesting people out in the desert

Sounds like an interesting idea! It'd most likely be out in the desert of either Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Inyo, or Imperial County!

My bad, forgot about that. It will prob see some curious people on their way to Vegas to check out the "weed town". Which is probably a factor in why the new owner chose it.
