Which areas in the desert portions of Riverside or San Bernardino Counties are best suitable for someone looking to raise farm animals?

Sky Valley, Indio Hills, Thousand Palms, North Palm Springs, Whitewater, Mecca, Thermal, North Shore?

Barstow, Daggett, Yermo, Lenwood, Newberry Springs, Baker, Hinkley?

Any other areas? What do you guys think?

Any answers are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
