If someone were to say that he/she is planning to move to Indio soon, which areas of Indio would you say are "bad?"
Here is a crime heat map of Indio, CA:

One of the areas of Indio that I know are considered to be "bad" (from my own first-hand experience) is the area north of the railroad and south of the 10 Freeway (aka, North Side Indio).
So, to recap, which areas of Indio (not the Coachella Valley, Indio
) would you say are "bad?"
